Estimated
turnaround times
Once your place an order with Striped
Tiger, one of our dedicated team will be in touch if there is an issue on stock
availability. We cannot guarantee all items advertised on our website since most
of our stock has to be ordered in from the original manufacturer. We endeavour
to complete all orders placed within the below time frames, but they can be
delays which will be communicated to you within 24 hours of placing your order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order we will always offer an alternative
available now or will issue you a full refund.
If everything is available to
order now, our average turnaround from order to delivery are:
1 week – Items with no
customisation
2 weeks- Items with
customisation
2-3 weeks – Items with embroidery
(orders can be quicker but there may be a delay due to the embroidery being
done out of house)
Please note that in order to make
sure there are no delays in your order turnaround, we will need you to provide
ALL customisation details when you place your order, or you will risk delaying
your order.
Have we printed your badge? If we
have and you need to update an old badge, please notify us when ordering.
Delivery
UK – Post or Courier.
Ireland – Two Day Post or Courier
Delivery
International delivery – One of
our team will be in contact to organise payment for all international Courier shipping,
as we determine all shipping costs through the size of your order and your
delivery location.
Please note that we only ship
orders in the weekday so if your order is dispatched from us on a Friday, it
will be with you on the following Monday. We do offer a Saturday delivery but
that is subject to an additional fee. Please contact us at info@stripedtiger.co.uk if you wish to organise Saturday delivery.
Once your order has been
dispatched from our office, you will become responsible for having provided the
correct address/signing for delivery. We cannot arrange for your parcel to be left
without a signature, but you can provide a delivery address for your place of
work.
We do offer split deliveries –
but this will result in having to pay our standard delivery charge for the number
of deliveries your order contains.
Returns
Any shortages must be notified to
Striped Tiger within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be made for all
items returned (at customers expense) which are unused, not damaged, still in
the original packaging, still have any labels or tickets on them within 14 days
of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). No product
that has been printed and therefore personalised will be accepted for return
under any circumstances.
There is a strict no returns
policy on all clearance items.
Any damaged goods must be
notified to Striped Tiger within 48 hours of delivery.
All goods that are returned are
the customer’s responsibility.
Any losses in transit will be at
the risk of the customer.
A fee of £10.00 will be applied
to all returned orders in respect of administration.
A restocking charge of 15% of the
original cost of the goods will be applied to all returned goods.
No returns will be accepted
without prior authorisation from Striped Tiger.
Any goods that are returned will need to be
supported by paperwork containing customer’s details, including phone number
and written explanation for return of said goods.
